Located in Waukesha County, the projects benefited from a low vacancy rate for Class A industrial space. In December 2019, New Berlin I was sold to a publicly traded REIT, generating a 66%IRR  and an Equity Multiple of 2.0 to 1. In December 2021, New Berlin II was sold to the same publicly traded REIT, generating a 119% IRR and an Equity Multiple of 3.0 to 1.
